Ajit Chandran
Ajit Chandran is with Sustainize Technologies. He brings more than thirty years of international technology and executive management experience, working predominantly in the US and Europe.

Antony K. L.
Antony K. L. is a renewable-energy and power-electronics engineer with Sustainize Technologies. He has nearly twenty-eight years in solar PV infrastructure, inverters, and technical training. He is an accredited solar inspector with ANERT and a certified master trainer for PM-Surya Ghar.

Dr. Janesh N. Mohanan
Dr. Janesh N. Mohanan is an electrical and renewable-energy engineer with Sustainize Technologies. He holds a Ph.D. from NIT Calicut and an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. His work spans solar, wind, hybrid systems and energy audits, over thirty-four years across industry, research and teaching.

Dr. M. G. Suresh Kumar
Dr. M. G. Suresh Kumar is a power-system engineer with Sustainize Technologies. He holds a Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology. His work has included teaching, project consultancy, and policy-making in government, with twenty-five years in Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd.

Er. P. Manoharan
Er. P. Manoharan is a civil engineer with Sustainize Technologies. He is a chartered engineer (MIE) with more than thirty-four years in power-houses, dams, transmission, and building work. Twenty-nine of those years were with Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd., from which he retired in 2023.

Manu Manikandan
Manu Manikandan is a quantitative analyst with Sustainize Technologies. He works on investment management, probability and statistics, and risk-aware portfolio construction, turning models into allocation decisions, scenario analysis and clear recommendations.

Sreekumar G.
Sreekumar G. is a civil engineer with Sustainize Technologies. He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers (MIE) with more than thirty years on civil-engineering projects in India and abroad, in government, public, and private work.

Sreelakumari A. N.
Sreelakumari A. N. is an electrical engineer with Sustainize Technologies. She spent twenty-nine years with Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd., from which she retired as Deputy Chief Engineer.

Policy/2026
Growth for all, and ecology as management
Development and ecology have been set against each other for a long time. Small is not always better, and holding other people back is not sustainability. Growth for everyone, planned so it does not wreck the place, is the job.

Civil/2026
Cost-effective building, specified clearly
Cheap is not the same as cost-effective. The saving is in the method: the wall, the slab and the skill on site, written in the BOQ, not hoped for after the tender.

Hydro/2026
Small hydro, rebuilt as a working station
Older stations still earn if the civil, mechanical, and electrical sides are named. New runners, environmental flows, and protection that keep a plant on the grid.
