Er. P. Manoharan
Er. P. Manoharan is a civil engineer with Sustainize Technologies. He is a chartered engineer (MIE) with more than thirty-four years in power-houses, dams, transmission, and building work. Twenty-nine of those years were with Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd., from which he retired in 2023.
He has worked on investigation, planning, and design of hydroelectric projects, floating solar, and dam-top solar, and on the operation and maintenance of the Kuttiady hydroelectric project and Banasura Sagar dam. Civil packages also include substations, transmission lines, office buildings, pole-casting yards, tendering, and construction management. Earlier he took district civil work with Nirmithi Kendra, Wayanad, hydel-tourism centres of KSEB, and building and structural design in Wayanad.
Education: B.Tech.; MBA. He works with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Primavera, and MS Project.
