Manu Manikandan
Manu Manikandan is a quantitative analyst with Sustainize Technologies. He works on investment management, probability and statistics, and risk-aware portfolio construction, turning models into allocation decisions, scenario analysis and clear recommendations.
He has been a quantitative research intern at Thymos Research in Amsterdam and a quantitative analyst at Prometheus Capital UvA. He built Optiport.ai, a portfolio-construction and hedging engine using Black–Litterman and robust covariance estimation. Earlier he co-founded Eight Times Eight in Kochi.
Education: Executive Master in International Finance (Fintech), University of Amsterdam; BS-MS Dual Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Mohali. He was an INSPIRE Scholar of the Government of India.
