Perdala 20 MW solar plant
A 20 MW ground-mount plant on 32 hectares at PCK’s Perdala Estates. Same consortium: Sustainize for local compliance, 110 kV evacuation, and the site.
Perdala Estates, Hosdurg taluk, puts 32 hectares of barren laterite under a 20 MW plant. Coordinates in the DPR are 12°36'55.4"N, 75°06'22.2"E. The land is a marked portion of a larger PCK holding.
The report was prepared with technical support from Climatenza Solar and Sustainize Technologies. Sustainize’s brief is local: KSEB and ANERT files, the 110 kV evacuation package, and the climate and logistics of Kasaragod.
First-year generation is estimated at 31.11 million units. Project cost in the DPR is about ₹132.95 crore. Technology follows the Cheemeni note: N-Type TOPCon, string inverters, laterite foundations.
