Periyar Metropolis
A 320-acre Media, Tech and Lifestyle Hub on 6.5 km of Periyar riverfront. Sustainize wrote the detailed project report: ten zones, ₹7,200 crore, energy and land in one document.
Periyar Estates asked for a township that could carry a film city, a sports park, a university, housing and a 7-star hotel without treating energy as an afterthought. The site is historic rubber land at Kothamangalam, with a long Periyar edge.
The DPR sets out ten synergistic zones. Energy runs through the whole site rather than sitting in a green annex. Rooftop, carport, BIPV and floating solar add to 17.5 MW. The riverfront carries 1 MW of floating and elevated PV. Residential roofs take a 3 MW grid. Biogas, rainwater and recycled water are sized with the same tables as the hotels.
We prepared the report for Sustainize Technologies Private Limited: zone briefs, CAPEX, revenue, employment, and the phasing a lender can read. The township is proposed in phases over a decade, with infrastructure and anchor tenants first.
