The brief covers initial meetings and presentation of the 200 MW project to senior utility officials; preparation and submission of the Load Study Application with supporting technical details; coordination of site visits and technical meetings; and follow-up for the Utility Assurance / Comfort Letter and initial feasibility feedback.
This is electrical consultancy at the grid interface, not a solar plant. The campus is a large load. We write the file a utility will actually read, and we sit in the rooms where that file is discussed.
